For years, we’ve been dedicated to recycling from our homes and organizing trash cleanups along hiking trails, parks, and beaches across both Northern and Southern California. As our mission expands, The Rising Planet Foundation remains committed to keeping outdoor spaces beautiful by continuing to pick up trash and recyclables throughout California. Our efforts are part of a larger goal to reduce waste and promote environmental stewardship in the state’s natural areas.

Rescue
Rescue
One of our first and ongoing rescue missions is partnering with our local animal shelter's TNR (Trap, Neuter/Spay, Release) program. This initiative helps manage the population of stray cats by providing humane care and reducing overpopulation. While we currently focus on TNR efforts, our long-term goal is to expand our rescues to include wildlifeand any animal in need. The Rising Planet Foundation is committed to protecting all animals and providing them with the care and support they deserve.

Our goal is to restore natural areas by establishing more nature preserves within densely populated cities, helping protect native species and their habitats. By creating these suburban sanctuaries, The Rising Planet Foundation aims to safeguard local ecosystems and promote biodiversity, ensuring that wildlife can thrive even in urban environments. Our long-term goal is to provide safe havens for native species while enhancing the natural beauty of our cities.
